Overheating Assessor - Remote

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours, remote working,

Are you a qualified Engineer in Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments or Part O assessments? We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy growing Team working with some of the leading UK House builders and Developers.

We are currently seeking an Overheating Assessor to join our team on a remote basis. As an Overheating Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to assess and identify potential overheating issues in engineering systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of engineering systems to identify potential overheating risks
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to determine the root causes of overheating issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate overheating risks and improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide recommendations for system enhancements
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings and proposed solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practises related to overheating prevention

Required Qualifications:

  • Be competent in the use of IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
  • Proven experience in assessing and mitigating overheating risks in engineering systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

This role requires an Overheating Assessor with previous experience in assessing and mitigating overheating risks in engineering systems

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced understanding of engineering principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to develop effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

This position is remote-based, with occasional travel to on-site locations in South West England. Full-time hours are expected, with flexibility required to meet project deadlines and client needs.
